When should I visit Gia Lai during the year?
The best time to visit Gia Lai for this camping and adventure tour is from November to March when the weather is cool and dry, ideal for trekking and outdoor activities.
Can I join the tour if I am traveling alone?
Most of Vihihi’s tours are group tours and many customers are also traveling alone like you, so feel free to sign up and join!
Can I bring my child (under 16 years old) to join the tour?

Notes Before, During, and After Booking the Tour
Information to note before booking a tour:
• Provide necessary information such as personal information (full name, phone number, date of birth, ID card number or CCCD), meal requirements, health status… as requested by the consultant.
• Pay on time and in accordance with the regulations as stated in the program.
• Comply with the signed Tour schedule so as not to affect other members of the group.
• Comply with and implement the requirements and regulations in the tour program, under the coordination of the Tour Guide.
• The order, duration of activities and travel time may change depending on actual conditions (weather, traffic…)
• In case the services described in the tour are not available (the supplier is unable to provide), Vihihi has the right to replace them with equivalent services, and Vihihi is responsible for informing the customer in advance.
• The program may change in cases of force majeure: natural disasters, wars, floods, epidemics, fires, strikes… or when services are requisitioned by state agencies.
When participating in the tour program, please bring your original identification documents (Citizen ID or Passport).
For children without a Citizen ID, if they are not accompanied by their parents, they must have a letter of authorization from their parents and confirmation from the local police, and bring their Birth Certificate (original or certified copy).
For domestic flights, you must be at the airport at least 01 hour before departure time.

Vihihi tour services do not include:
Personal expenses:
– Personal expenses such as shopping, telephone, laundry or spa services, massage.
Tips:
– Tips for tour guides, drivers and service staff at restaurants, hotels.
Travel insurance:
– Personal travel insurance, optional but recommended. Travelers can purchase their own if needed.
Transportation to the meeting point:
– Transportation costs from the customer’s home to the meeting point (e.g. airport, bus station, pick-up location) are usually not included.
Optional services:
– Optional services that are not mandatory such as additional sightseeing, equipment rental or participating in activities outside the main tour program.
Alcoholic beverages:
– Alcoholic beverages during meals or at hotels, restaurants are usually not included in the tour price.
Visa and Immigration Procedures:
– Costs related to visas, immigration fees or other necessary documents for international travel.
Extracurricular Activities:
– Any excursions or activities not included in the official tour itinerary.
